REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
1. Purpose and Scope
This Refund and Return Policy ("Policy") has been prepared to regulate the refund and return conditions applicable to the products and services offered through the website, mobile applications, and all related digital platforms ("Platform") operated by ZedPay Financial Systems and Services P.J.S.C. ("ZedPay" or the "Company").
This Policy applies to all products and services provided by ZedPay, including but not limited to digital wallet services, card services, IBAN and account services, payment and fund transfer services, currency exchange and SWAP transactions, escrow services, eSIM and telecommunication services, software, API and white-label services, as well as subscription-based and time-limited services.
2. Digital Nature of the Services
All products and services offered by ZedPay are digital in nature and are performed electronically. Such services are made available instantly or within a very short period following purchase, application, activation, or usage request.
The services provided through the Platform are, by their nature, non-physical, cannot be returned, resold, or reclaimed, and constitute electronically performed digital services.
3. No Right of Return or Refund
All products and services offered by ZedPay fall within the exceptions to the right of withdrawal and refund under applicable distance sales legislation.
Accordingly, the User acknowledges, represents, and agrees that:
- The purchased or requested services are provided digitally,
- Once the performance of a service has commenced, no right of return or refund shall apply,
- The User shall not be entitled to request any return or refund in respect of the services provided.
Due to the digital nature of the services, ZedPay is under no obligation to provide refunds or returns under any circumstances.
4. eSIM and Telecommunication Services
eSIMs, mobile lines, data packages, and related telecommunication services provided by ZedPay are entirely digital and delivered electronically.
Even if eSIM services are offered on a time-based or rental basis:
- Once activation has commenced,
- Once the service has been made available to the User,
- Once the service has been assigned to the User's account,
no return or refund shall be available. Due to their nature, eSIM services cannot be returned, and cancellation does not give rise to any refund entitlement.
5. Card, Wallet, IBAN, and Financial Services
Card services (physical or virtual), digital wallet services, IBAN and account services, payment services, and fund transfer services provided by ZedPay are:
Accordingly, no return or refund shall be available for any application, allocation, activation, or transaction carried out under such services.
- Personalized or user-specific,
- Irreversible once activated or allocated,
- Integrated with financial systems and infrastructures.
6. Software, API, and White-label Services
Software, API, integration, and white-label services offered by ZedPay are:
Once the performance of such services has commenced, all rights to return or refund shall be irrevocably waived.
- Custom-developed for a specific user or company,
- Based on configuration, integration, and customization,
- Non-standard and tailored to individual or corporate needs.
7. Subscriptions and Time-Limited Services
For subscription-based or time-limited services offered by ZedPay:

- The subscription start date,
- The usage period,
- Renewal and cancellation terms
No refunds shall be issued for unused or partially used subscription periods.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Only in cases where it is clearly established that a service could not be provided solely due to ZedPay's fault, ZedPay may, at its sole discretion, provide a limited refund or compensation.
Such exceptional measures shall not constitute a right for the User and shall not set a precedent.
9. User Acknowledgment and Acceptance
The User acknowledges that:
The User's purchase of any service through the Platform constitutes explicit acceptance of this Policy.
- They have reviewed this Policy on the Platform,
- They have been duly informed, prior to purchase, that no return or refund right applies,
- They have nevertheless chosen to purchase and use the services.
10. Policy Amendments
ZedPay reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time, provided that such amendments comply with applicable legislation.
Any updated version of this Policy shall become effective upon publication on the Platform.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Bakırköy.
